The Civil Police this afternoon arrested a third person suspected of being involved in the death of 40-year-old João Alberto Silveira Freitas. The inspector has a “decisive role” in Beto’s death, according to the director of DHPP (Department of Homicides and Protection of the Person), Vanessa Pitrez. “He would have the command power over the two security guards.
