The Civil Police found the body on a street in the city of Aparecida de Goiânia.
Last Monday (28), the Maranhão Civil Police
, with the support of the Goiás homicide police station, detained the 21-year-old who was caught loading the body of a friend in a wheelbarrow.
The case occurred in August, in Aparecida de Goiânia
(LET’S GO). The police did not provide the name of the suspect, who was arrested in Timón, Maranhão.
According to police chief Rogério Bicalho, who carried out the investigations, the young man was hiding in an aunt’s house.

The Civil Police estimate that the boy traveled a distance of 2 km with the wheelbarrow. On the way, he stopped to buy cigarettes and talked to people for a few minutes.
A neighbor of the region came to question the man about what was in the car, and he replied that it was a dead animal and that he was going to throw it into the forest.
Suspicious, the woman decided to call the police. So the man left the car on the street and ran away.
Alexandre and the suspect were friends, but it is not yet known what motivated the crime.
“The motivation has not yet been clarified because he was arrested today and has not yet been questioned, which should happen when he is returned to Goiás,” explains Chief Bicalho.
