A fugitive, Rodrigo was the first suspect to be identified by the police for Iggnácio’s crime. It is on active duty and is out of stock at the 5th BPM.
This week, the police found four rifles in Rodrigo’s girlfriend’s house that, according to the investigations, had been used in the death of Fernando Iggnácio: a rifle in the first room of the residence and another three above the closet in one of the bedrooms. The woman was heard by the police on Wednesday (18).
There is evidence that at least one of the rifles gave a positive result in the ballistic confrontation. The police also seized a military police uniform and shirt during the process.

Assault case in 2019
In a police report, recorded in March 2019, Rodrigo’s girlfriend told police that he hit her in the face, “followed by shoving and punching.”
“Several punches to the abdomen, punches to the left hand, leg kicks, hair pulling,” the woman said in the statement.
In the document, to which G1 had access, the woman also says that the PM dragged her by the hair for about 5 meters while also verbally attacking her.
She and Rodrigo dated for 5 years and were separated for 3 months when she registered the case at the police station. Even so, according to the woman in the statement, she would have suffered another assault in February of last year.
Police identify four suspects for misdemeanor
According to Moisés Santana, director of the Capital Homicide Police, the investigations into Iggnácio’s death work with four possible perpetrators: a driver and three other executors. However, the police still do not know if Rodrigo acted as a driver or as a sniper.

Still according to the police, the analysis of the security cameras indicated that the final destination of the vehicle used by the suspects was in a condominium in Campo Grande, 40 km away.
“We found the place used to hide the vehicle, and in the condominium we can identify one of those involved,” said Moisés.
Fernando Iggnácio de Miranda, son-in-law and heir of the offender Castor de Andrade, was executed on November 10 in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro.
After returning from Angra dos Reis, on the Costa Verde, by helicopter, Iggnácio was hit by several shots to the head in an ambush, while he was walking towards the car, together with the Heli-Rio company.
