An unarmed black motorcyclist was arrested on the spot for robbery after a soldier of the prime minister claimed to have approached him. The case occurred on the night of Friday (28), in Tremembé, north of São Paulo. The cop was off duty.
The motoboy family denies the theft and says they were attacked by the PM.
A video made by residents of the neighborhood shows the motorcyclist André Andrade Mezzette, 29, on the ground, dominated by the soldier Felipe da Silva Joaquim, 30, PM of Rocam (Ronda Ostensiva con Apoyo de Motociclistas), who is armed .

Family says PM arrived attacking and without identifying himself
Student Vitoria Mezzette, 21, sister of the motoboy, told the Twitter who decided to take a break after delivering a pizza and lit a marijuana cigarette. PM Felipe would have appeared at that time. The motorcycle messenger was taken to an emergency room and then to a hospital for a CT scan. Due to his injuries, he needed three stitches on his forehead. When he was discharged in the morning, he was transferred to 73 DP (Jaçanã), where he had already been booked on the spot for robbery.
Subsequently, Mezzette was transferred to the 72nd DP (Taipas Parade), where he will be held until tomorrow, when he must be transferred to a provisional detention center.
PM says motoboy announced assault
Soldier Felipe in turn told the PM and the Civil Police what was happening when he noticed the motorcyclist in a suspicious attitude. He claims that he turned around and that Mezzette went to the middle of the street and announced the robbery.
The off-duty soldier narrates in the police report that he got off the motorcycle, physically fought with the motorcyclist and the detainee until the arrival of the PM, who took him to the emergency room.
Family does not believe in the police version and protests

Ombudsman says that nothing justifies violence against the person surrendered
