The price of the PlayStation 5 (PS5) is finally among us. The console costs US $ 399 (approximately R $ 2,086, in direct conversion and without taxes) in the Digital Edition, or US $ 499 (approximately R $ 2,609) in the standard version. During the digital event “PlayStation 5 Showcase”, this Wednesday (16), Sony also revealed the release date of the video game: November 12 in the United States and November 19 in more countries.
Other highlights of the stream were announcements for Final Fantasy XVI, a new God of War, Hogwarts Legacy, Demon’s Souls remake, and details on Spider-Man: Miles Morales. It is worth remembering that Microsoft’s competitors Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S cost US $ 499 (R $ 2,609) and US $ 299 (R $ 1,563), respectively. The mystery surrounding the price and release date of the PS5 has finally been solved. Sony announced that the console costs $ 399 or $ 499 and will hit stores on November 12 in the United States. Although it is not yet confirmed for Brazil, the company revealed that the device arrives in other countries on November 19.
Square Enix premiered the Sony stream and announced the long-awaited Final Fantasy XVI. The newest game in the acclaimed Japanese RPG series is confirmed for PlayStation 5 and PC. The first trailer revealed few details about the launch, but the cutscenes featured serious dialogue and giant monsters. Apparently, the story accompanies the protagonist as he grows over the decades and there is a type of pest infestation that offers all kinds of dangers to the place. The player controls Joshua’s bodyguard, who is the son of the Archduke in the region where the game takes place.
It is worth mentioning that the production is on behalf of Creative Business Unit III, a team headed by Naoki Yoshida, responsible for the Dragon Quest Builders series and also for Final Fantasy XIV.

A new God of War, still unnamed, is in the oven and is coming to PS5 soon. The sequel to the famous action adventure game did not receive much information, but apparently it is a direct continuation of the reboot of the 2018 series. The fast forward only showed the voice of Kratos, the imposing words of the phrase “Ragnarok is coming” and the release is scheduled for 2021. Like previous titles, the release is being developed by Santa Monica Studios, Sony.
The long-awaited open-world Harry Potter game is official and is expected to release in 2021 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. The new Warner Bros. game is set in the late nineteenth century, so the story takes place long before the adventures of Harry Potter. The player controls a wizard student from the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Design and Specifications
In June, during a conference that featured games compatible with the console, Sony finally unveiled the design of the PS5.
