Interpol included three photos and details of the drug trafficker André Oliveira Macedo, André do Rap, on the international wanted list.

André do rap was added to the list on October 13. However, according to the PF, it does not appear on the Interpol website because the registration was made on a “restricted list”.

This Friday (23), the GloboNews report had access to the information contained in the system.

In one of the photos, André do Rap wears the uniform used by prisoners in the SP prison system.

In addition to the images, the profile has the arrest warrant issued against him by the STF, the list of fingerprints and personal data, such as full name, gender, hometown and date of birth.

André do Rap is appointed head of the criminal organization Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) and considered a fugitive from justice since he was released due to habeas corpus granted by the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Marco Aurélio Mello, on October 11 .

The following day, the President of the Court, Luiz Fux, revoked the precautionary measure and ordered the maintenance of the André do Rap prison.

Fux’s decision was confirmed by the Supreme Court, who understood that the revocation determined by Marco Aurélio would have no basis in the case under analysis.

André do Rap is already sentenced in one case for international drug trafficking to more than 15 years in prison in the first and second instance and he was also serving a provisional prison sentence for trafficking in another case, in which he obtained the habeas corpus granted by Marco Aurélio.

He had been in prison since 2019, when he was located by the Federal Police in Angra dos Reis, in Rio de Janeiro, and is responding to several cases of trafficking, including some initiated by Operation Ultramar PF in 2014, which seized almost 4 tons of cocaine and 23 people responsible for international trafficking were arrested through the port of Santos, in São Paulo. For the police, André do Rap organized this business.

This Thursday (22), the XI Panel of the Federal Regional Court of the 3rd Region (TRF-3), in São Paulo, unanimously determined the extinction of a criminal action in which the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) accused André do Rap for the crime of criminal organization.

In the trial of one of the lawsuits this Thursday, the TRF judges granted a habeas corpus ex officio to close the case against the criminal organization against him. This is because the magistrates understood that the trafficker was already tried for the same crime and sentenced in the same context of these situations.

According to TRF-3, the closure of this action was determined because André do Rap and three other defendants “had already been convicted by an association for transnational drug trafficking” in another Ultramar operative process, “in relation to the same factual context narrated in the complaint. , and it is not possible for them to be convicted twice for the same acts ”, which is prohibited by Brazilian law.

André do Rap had been acquitted in the first instance in Federal Justice by a criminal organization and the MPF hoped to reverse the decision and increase the trafficker’s sentence.

TRF-3 also reported that it has already tried 24 appeals and approximately 70 habeas corpus applications under Operation Ultramar.
