Number 111 is only to clarify doubts, the registry is not updated, whose only channel is the website or the application. If the first registration made by the citizen is incorrect, you must contest in the case of an unapproved benefit or make a new registration in the case of inconclusive data.
Regarding the website and app, we report that over 45 million people have already successfully registered. Given the high concentrated volume of accesses, which sometimes exceeds one million simultaneous accesses, we are expanding the capacity of the service to guarantee access to all Brazilians.
The other channels to answer questions are the website help.caixa.gov.br, the website of the Ministry of Citizenship (https://cidadania.gov.br/)
