Palmeiras beat Ceará 2-1 today (3) at Allianz Parque, for the 13th day of the Brazilian Championship, surpassing the gala performance of an acquaintance of the Alviverde crowd: goalkeeper Fernando Prass. The goalkeeper from Ceará was in charge of avoiding a major defeat for his team. He made high-level saves and if it weren’t for him, Palmeiras would have won the match more easily.
