The public announcement of the PC PA (Pará Civil Police) contest was published at dawn on November 13, as promised by the state government.
The event, organized by the AOCP Institute, brings 506 vacancies for the position of researcher, 252 for secretary, 65 for papiloscopist and 265 for delegate, as shown in the image below.
The PC PA contest will be valid for two years, extendable for the same period, at the discretion of the corporation, and will be applied in two phases, the first having five differentiated stages, which are:
- Objective and discursive evidence (or procedural document)
- TAF (Physical Fitness Test)
- Medical exam
- Psychological evaluation
- Social and criminal investigation
The second phase will be the Professional Training Course, with a minimum duration of 680 teaching hours, distributed in theoretical and practical classes, as well as supervised practices in police agencies.
This Professional Training Course for the Civil Police of Pará will be held
by the Civil Police Academy / IESP, at its facilities, in the Municipality of
Marituba.
PC PA competition: application for the first selection phase
According to the announcement, the first phase of the PC PA contest will be applied in the following cities: Belém (capital), Altamira, Itaituba, Marabá, Redenção and Santarém.
The candidate must choose a city for these tests and other stages, such as TAF, Medical Examination, Psychological Evaluation and Social and Criminal Investigation.
PC PA contest: remuneration and admission requirements
As shown in the first image of this article, the initial amounts will be paid to the occupants of the positions of R $ 6,893.57, for a 40-hour workweek.
To join the body, the candidate must have the following basic requirements listed below:
- a) have been approved and classified in the public tender;
- b) Have Brazilian or Portuguese nationality
- c) be at least 18 (eighteen) years old;
- d) be up to date with electoral obligations and, in the case of the male candidate, also with the military;
- e) Have a full Postgraduate Higher Education diploma awarded by a Higher Education Institution recognized by the MEC;
- f) Have a valid National Driver’s License, category B, only a Civil Police Investigator;
- g) have the required schooling and other requirements for the exercise of the position;
- h) be considered physically and psychically fit for the exercise of the position in the medical examination prior to admission, carried out by the official medical expert, and the candidate must present the clinical and laboratory tests, which will be at his / her expense;
- i) Expressly declare the exercise or not of office, employment or public function in the body or entity of the Powers of the Union, the States, the Federal District and the Municipalities;
- j) not having been criminally convicted by final or sanctioned judicial resolution that prevented the exercise of public office by any public body or entity of the Powers of the Union, the States, the Federal District and the Municipalities;
- k) Being in full exercise of political rights;
- l) Have irreproachable public and private conduct, without a criminal record;
- m) Have an impeccable reputation;
- n) comply with the other requirements contained in this Notice.
PC PA contest: registration and tests
The candidate must register for the PC PA contest from 10 am on February 4 to 11:59 pm on December 10, through the official banking portal, observing the Brasilia schedule and pay a fee of R $ 70 reais for it .
Portuguese, logical reasoning, computer science, statistics, accounting, administrative, constitutional, criminal, criminal procedure, special legislation, archival, legal medicine, biology, physics, chemistry and knowledge of Pará will be charged, depending on the position chosen.

As you can see, there will be 60 multiple-choice questions (80 for delegates), divided among the subjects that will be present, in addition to a public speaking test.

Only the procedural part of the delegate candidate who obtains the established score and is classified up to position 502 in wide competition and position 28 (twenty-eighth) in PwD in the Objective Test will be corrected.
PC PA Contest: TAF
TAF is one of the most important phases of the PC PA contest, isn’t it? The Physical Aptitude Test will be applied with the following tests (it should be noted that there will be no second call for the tests):
- a) Flexion test with the support facing the ground;
- b) abdominal flexion;
- c) 12-minute race test.
Candidates must attend the test site at least 30 minutes in advance, provided they have:
- a) official identification document with photograph (original);
- b) appropriate clothing for the practice of physical activities;
- c) Original medical certificate or certified copy in a specific registry office for this purpose, issued in the last 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of the test.
The medical certificate must expressly indicate that the candidate is able to take the Physical Preparation Test or perform physical exercises.
