In response to the notification sent by the Rio de Janeiro Public Ministry (MP-RJ), Neymar reported that he will spend New Year’s Eve with friends and family, and that he is not promoting any party in the municipality of Mangaratiba, on the south coast of Rio de Janeiro.

The notification was sent to the player by the Public Prosecutor III for Collective Protection of the Angra dos Reis do MP Nucleus as the first step in an investigation into the party, which would be at odds with the measures to prevent the new coronavirus.
