The object appeared on the Batca Doamnei hill in the town of Piatra Neamt in Neamt county in northeastern Romania on November 26. On Monday (30), however, the monolith was no longer there, according to images broadcast by local radio Jurnal FM.
Authorities said the owner of the property where is still unknown, but whoever erected the monument should have asked permission from the country’s Ministry of Culture.
The metal structure was found a few meters from the oldest historical monument in the city: the well-known Dacian fortress of Petrodava, according to the English tabloid “Mirror”.
The bright triangular structure is about four meters high and one side faced Mount Ceahlau, known locally as the “Holy Mountain.”

The agency responsible for the management of public lands in the state of Utah said it received “reliable testimony” that someone had removed the object Friday night (27). “The department has not removed the structure, which is considered private property,” it said in a statement.
“We do not investigate crimes related to private property, which depend on the local police station,” he added.
