New decree allows to serve restaurants at night in Santa Cruz – GAZ

The mayor of Santa Cruz do Sul, Telmo Kirst, signed on Tuesday morning 12 a new decree that changes the rules for the operation of restaurants. The document allows assistance on the night shift, from 7 p.m. at 10 p.m., and self-service is prohibited. The ban on the supply of buffets is foreseen in the most recent state decree and applies to all the municipalities of Rio Grande do Sul.

New guidelines on the operation of gyms, residential condominiums, and public parks were also published.

Guidelines of the new decree:

Use of mask – The compulsory use of a face protection mask is determined whenever you are in a collective area, understood as a place intended for the simultaneous simultaneous use by several people, closed or open, private or public, as well as in their circulation areas, in public roads and means of transport.

Restaurants – The table service, exclusively in the à la carte service (dish made), can take place exclusively between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. at 10 p.m., self-service (buffet) is prohibited.

Salons – The use of party rooms, kiosks, gourmet spaces, game rooms, cinemas, recreation spaces and swimming pools is prohibited in residential condominiums.

Gyms The areas for the practice of physical exercises must be used by only one person at a time, and may be accompanied by a professional, observing hygiene regulations and the interpersonal distance of at least two meters, prohibiting crowding.

Hygiene in condominiums – The superintendent or his legal representative is obliged to maintain the hygiene of the common areas of the condominium and provide 70% of alcohol in gel next to the accesses of people, elevators or ordinances.

Public parks – Public parks are closed, as are crowds on public roads, while the state of public calamity remains.
