Muricy Ramalho will assume the position of soccer coordinator of São Paulo and guarantees that there is no possibility of assuming the role of coach, even temporarily, of the club. For the avoidance of doubt, he will have a clause in his contract that prevents him from sitting on the tricolor bench.
Now a former Globo commentator, Muricy participated in Bem, Amigos, this Monday, in Sportv, in his farewell to the channel.
He accepted an invitation from the newly elected president of São Paulo, Julio Casares, who takes office on January 1.
Muricy said he will have the mission of being a bridge between the players and the coaching staff and management. To avoid speculation, he will include in the contract the clause that prohibits him from assuming the role of coach.

– Certainly, if there is a clause that I will follow, it is this. Have no doubt. Soccer is very sensitive. The team has a bad result, draws, and they will say that Muricy is giving up. I do not want more. It is not enough to talk. I want to put it in the contract, otherwise the thing is: Muricy is there, until you hire a technician you take him away – he said.
According to Muricy, his idea is to help train technicians in São Paulo:
– That’s why I want a project to prepare a home technician. As even Telê did to me. My role is different, it is to support the technical committee.
Muricy said that he has not yet signed the contract with São Paulo, but that the agreement will last for three seasons. Very difficult to play against your team … Surprisingly, I already told you several times, I liked watching Audax play because it was totally different from everything we see. Muricy talks about the search for reinforcements and use of the base in São Paulo

To compose the group, we go to the base and mature someone. When I came back in 2013, the team in that situation, there were almost 40 players there.
