In an examination carried out by means of a necropsy examination, it was found that Antônio Simão Martins, 50, was killed last Tuesday (23) by firearm. The wheelchair collides with the military police in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso.

The report contradicts what was reported by the PM in the police report, in which it is described that the wheelchair user died of a massive heart attack.

Prime Minister Lieutenant Colonel Edylson Figueiredo Pintel told G1 that there were shots fired by the police, but that the military did not omit the information and that they recorded the exchange of shots in the event.

“Initially, the medical team presented that there was no firearm perforation in that person and they also diagnosed a possible cardiac arrest, without any specification,” he explained.

Pintel also revealed that after the investigation an investigation was launched, in addition to the analysis of the weapons used by the police.
