Hundreds of sachets of marijuana fell from the sky this week in Tel Aviv’s central square to the delight of stunned passersby, who rushed to collect the manna. A miracle?
“It is time, dear brothers. It is a bird? A plane? No, it is the green drone that distributes cannabis from the sky for free, “wrote the group” Green Drone “in a Telegram message, according to the Israeli press.
The drone dropped hundreds of two-gram envelopes in Rabin Square, in front of the Tel Aviv city hall.
The two people who commanded the device were questioned by the police.
But the manna from heaven is likely to continue to fall as “Green Drone” announced that the “cannabis rain” project will continue each week in a different part of Israel, until a total of one kilogram of weed falls from the sky.
Although Israel has authorized the export of medicinal cannabis, the production, sale, purchase and consumption of this drug for recreational use remains prohibited.
