For this reason, he said he has no intention of yielding to midfielder Angelo Araos, who was not registered in the first three games and would have his future debated this week by those who manage his career.

– They’re all in the plans. Upon my arrival here, I said that the coach’s first function is to get all the players back. It is very easy to communicate with the players and ask for them. You will load an account that already exists and you will put in check whoever is in the club. I was an athlete and I went through all of that. One of the first functions is to recover the player. In two weeks, I saw the evolution of the athletes in the way I want – said the coach, who today has 31 fit players in his squad.

The coach downplayed the fact that he did not take Araos to the bench against Atlético, Flamengo and Vasco.

– Araos was not in the last games, like others not. This period also helps me to observe, evaluate situations that may happen. Others will be out in the sequence, I can not with all, since I only go up 11. But, having a gap, the athlete has to be well to show what he is capable of – he said.

At 54, Mancini said he wants to help Corinthians athletes reach their prime. At the press conference, he even mentioned how Fagner evolved in his defensive aspects compared to 2010, when he worked with Mancini himself at Vasco da Gama.
