The Military Police are looking for a man identified by MRM, who in the late afternoon of this Thursday (12), murdered Wellington do Carmo Fernandes, 30, an employee of his ex-wife’s bar, on Rua Soldier. Weverson de Almeida, in Vila Pinho, Vele do Jatob. The crime was said to have been carried out on behalf of the perpetrator, who claimed that the victim was the lover of his ex-partner.
The confusion, according to the police report, began about two weeks ago, when MRM showed up at his ex-wife’s bar on Avenida Perimetral, also in Vila Pinho, saying that he wanted to talk to her, so that the two of them would return. to live together.
The woman said she didn’t want to, according to witnesses, when the two began arguing. The tone of the discussion would have increased and Wellington tried to end the confusion, convincing MRM to leave the conversation for later.
MRM left the site. However, according to witnesses, he made threats and accused Wellington of being his lover. He went home and disappeared, until that Wednesday, when he reappeared, surrounding the victim when he went to work.
According to Lt. Christopher, who attended the incident, the police went to several addresses frequented by MRM, but was not found. The woman, according to him, swears that she did not have a romantic relationship with the employee. The case was registered in Ceflan do Barreiro.
