The court ordered on Wednesday (25) the arrest of two suspects of being involved in the death of the businessman from Balneário Camboriú, Emerson dos Santos, 29 years. Since they were not found, they are considered fugitives. Emerson disappeared after going to negotiate the car, a BMW X1, the last day 13. On Monday (23), the body was found in a ditch in the municipality of Ilhota, near the BR-470, in Baú Baixo.

The delegate responsible for the case, Rodrigo Coronha, from Navegantes, requested the arrests from the court. The team tries to carry out orders, but no one was found until late at night. One of them, the prime suspect, is the man Emerson would find to negotiate the luxury car. They knew each other before. The police are still unclear if there was a robbery or homicide.

Camera footage and information from witnesses helped Coronha. According to investigations, the murder occurred on the same day as the meeting to negotiate the vehicle. The delegate did not detail the alleged participation of each one in the crime.
Agents went to the suspect’s home in Navegantes on Wednesday, but no one was there. The property had signs that residents had recently left the site. The search continues.
The cause of Emerson’s death has yet to be confirmed by coroners. The body was veiled in a quick ceremony Tuesday afternoon at the Parque Jardins dos Florais cemetery in Navegantes. The wake took place during the night.
