Bolsonaro gave the statement at a ceremony on measures for civil aviation, while praising the management itself, in which, according to him, people are trustworthy and there is no interest in “making it difficult to sell facilities.”

In the note sent to the MPF this Thursday, the lawyers of the working group highlighted that Lava Jato is joint action of several institutions in the combat “endemic corruption”.
They also said that the later phases of the operation demonstrate how it is “essentially necessary.”

According to prosecutors, society’s support for Lava Jato and the “effective and consistent adherence” of all the powers of the Republic are essential for the effort aimed at the operation to continue and be successful.
Prosecutors reinforced the commitment in the search for the promotion of Justice and the defense of public affairs– “despite powerful forces in the opposite direction.”
