Currently, the challenge is only available to beneficiaries who are not registered with Bolsa Família. For Bolsa Família beneficiaries, the rules have yet to be disclosed.
After the new analysis of the beneficiary data, if the challenge is approved, the emergency aid will be reimbursed in the month following the request.
Provisional Measure No. 1000, responsible for the extension of the benefit quotas, determines that the reevaluation of the formal employment criteria, the collection of social security or social security benefits and the death of the beneficiary must be carried out monthly.
If the Ministry of Citizenship identifies irregularities, the benefit is automatically suspended.
