A large tree fell on Avenida Paulista around 4 pm this Thursday (19), on top of a black car that was heading towards Paraíso. According to the Fire Department, an 87-year-old woman suffered a broken leg and was referred to the Emergency Room at Hospital Santa Catarina.
Initially, the Fire Department said there would be two victims, but later corrected the information.
Firefighters are cutting down the tree to get it off the road.
The fall occurred on Peixoto Gomide Street. The Paraíso da via address is totally blocked, according to the Traffic Engineering Company (CET).
