Governor Rui Costa and the Mayor of Salvador ACM Neto (DEM) will give a press conference, this Thursday afternoon (7), at 4:30 pm, to announce the result of the meeting they had in the morning, when They discussed the possibility of starting, next Saturday, the ‘confinement’ in neighborhoods of Salvador.
According to information obtained through the Muita Informação! Portal, the mayor and the governor will detail which neighborhoods in the city will be included in the initial phase of the restrictive measure. Among the areas located are Boca do Rio, Plataforma and Avenida Joana Angélica.
The Governor and the Mayor, together with their technical teams, described the model of action to be used in the capital of Bahia. The expectation is that the areas with the highest circulation of people and with the highest incidence of Covid-19 will be included in the sector closure.
