Rapper Kanye West voted for himself as president of the United States on Tuesday after a campaign marked by controversial remarks and speculation that he could divert some votes from Democrat Joe Biden.
But on the evening of the same day, the singer and stylist had to admit that his career in 2020 was over. However, he suggested that the journey continues in the next election. Kanye posted a photo of you in front of an electoral map and wrote: “Kanye 2024.”
Previously, the rapper had tweeted that he was “voting for the first time in my life for President of the United States, and it’s for someone I really trust … me.”
He also posted a video of himself voting for Cody, Wyoming, where he wrote his name on the ballot.
West’s name made it onto the presidential ballot in some states, though not in key states like Florida, Pennsylvania and Michigan. He has spent the last few weeks instructing his followers on how to vote for him as a candidate in another field.
West’s wife, television star Kim Kardashian, did not appear to support his campaign. She did not publicly endorse her husband and, on Tuesday, retweeted a message about the hotlines to Democratic vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

West, who was once a staunch supporter of Republican Donald Trump, who was running for reelection, launched his campaign for the White House in July.
