According to the police report, the discussion began at the intersection between Rua Guaicu and Avenida Prudente de Morais. The woman says she was in the prosecutor’s back car when the light turned green and he did not start. On the way, the woman realized that the prosecutor was following her. Upon reaching the home’s garage port, the man intentionally collided with the back of his car. The woman got out of the car and the argument began. Completely beside himself, the prosecutor began to curse homophobic and sexist, until he tried to physically attack her.

Shortly after the assault attempts, the man pulled a gun from the car and threatened the woman with death. He yelled for help from the neighbors. His companion, who was at the scene, begged the man not to do anything. The prosecutor later pretended he left, but went to the building’s garage and shot him, but missed. She hid behind a pillar.

The man left and the prime minister was called. He was located on Rua Santo Antnio do Monte, near the crime scene, trying to escape. He defied arrest warrants until police managed to restrain him by force. In the vehicle was found a Chevrolet Tracker, a loaded 38 caliber gun. In his backpack, more ammunition.

With strong signs of intoxication, the man challenged the police, calling them “shit”, and said he would sue the prime minister, since he could not be handcuffed, as a prosecutor. Once the authority’s identification was found, the handcuffs were removed.

In the prosecutor’s version, he says that he was in a restaurant on Rua Guaicu when a woman cursed him at the traffic light. He said it was to get satisfaction, but he didn’t shoot voluntarily.

The prosecutor refused to submit to the breathalyzer test and did not present a driver’s license. According to the Detran system, your CNH expires since January.

The police contacted the Attorney General of Justice of Minas Gerais, who referred another lawyer and an advisor. The case was referred to the Ministry of Public Affairs of Minas Gerais.
