A colleague was waiting outside the building.
– I had gone to the building on another occasion, days before, due to a disagreement between a neighbor and me. And he came back on the 24th saying he needed to investigate some details. It was very cold and raining. He was wearing a blouse, shorts and a bathrobe. He put his hand under the shirt and the other inside the shorts and hurt me – recalls the victim.

The sergeant has been in the PM for 20 years, at least seven of them, reaching 19 BPM. This is not the first crime in the agent’s file: in 2015, an internal investigation by the PM concluded that Lourenço was part of a group of battalion agents who “were observed, photographed and filmed, receiving a financial advantage so as not to stop irregularities” in a disco in Copacabana. .
The crimes occurred between October 2013 and April 2014. According to an investigation report, it was observed that Lourenço and ten other PMs received envelopes from employees of the establishment. At the end of the IPM, the agents were submitted to the Disciplinary Board, which could even expel them from the corporation. In August 2016, however, the sergeant was deemed “capable of remaining on active duty.”
