Therefore, the judge determined the blocking of the personal property of the entrepreneurs until an expert evaluates the value of the shares.
Wanted by the column, the lawyer José Carlos Etrusco Vieira, who represents RedeTV !, said that the station does not recognize the debt and its “absurd value”. He also said that he will appeal the decision that blocked the assets of the entrepreneurs.
The lawyer also stated that the station had already given the necessary guarantees to the Justice regarding the ability to make any payment, without having to resort to the private equity of the entrepreneurs.
