Judge Maria Rosi de Meira Borba, of the Eighth Criminal Court of Cuiabá, received a complaint against the parents of the minor investigated for the death of the teenager.

The defendants were denounced for committing the crimes of involuntary homicide (when there is no intention to kill), illegal possession of a firearm, delivery of a firearm to a minor, procedural fraud and corruption of minors.

The couple’s lawyer, Artur Osti, told the G1 that the procedure is carried out in secret and cannot provide clarifications.

The magistrate ordered the summons of the accused, who will have 10 days to respond to the accusation.

In the week that Isabele’s death turns four months old, she would turn 15.

“This is very sad for me, even sadder because my daughter was a girl full of life, full of dreams. This has been part of a very painful process ”, lamented the mother.

Isabele’s death occurred on July 12 in a luxury condominium in the Jardim Itália neighborhood.

The former lawyer for the family of the teenager who fired the shot explained, at that time, that the father of the perpetrator of the accidental shot was in the background and asked his daughter to keep the gun up, where Isabele was.

The teenager took the case, a briefcase with two pistols, and went up obeying her father. Despite being in storage, the weapon was loaded.

According to the lawyer, one of the weapons fell to the ground and the teenager tried to lift it, but it became unbalanced and the object ended up firing. The girl denied having played with the gun or tried to show the object to her friend.

Isabele’s mother, Patricia, said she was at home when the girl’s mother called her. According to Patrícia, when she arrived at the crime scene, she found her daughter in the bathroom and she was no longer alive.

The teenager who shot arrived to be detained in a socio-educational unit, but was released to habeas corpus the day after he was admitted.

The two families, the teenager who shot and her boyfriend, practice shooting, according to the police investigation. The Mato Grosso Shooting Federation (FTMT) said the teenager who killed his friend is a gunner. sports activity for at least three years.

According to the federation, the father and the girl participated in classes and championships for three years. Their names appear in the groups, called ‘squads’, that participated in the FTMT competitions. Other family members also participated in these groups and played the sport.

For the police, the adolescent’s businessman father had a behavior that could have hindered the investigation.

The bullet that struck the teenager in the head was also moved after the crime by his son, who is the twin brother of the teenager who shot him, which may have made the investigation difficult.

Four policemen, one of them a policeman, two investigators from the Civil Police and a military policeman who came to the house after the crime are investigated for administrative irregularity.

The reconstruction of Isabele’s death took place on August 18 and 19, at the home of the girl who shot. The process lasted seven hours and the teenager did not participate. The defense alleged that he is not in a psychological condition to participate.

All the movements made by those involved in the case were reproduced to indicate the compatibility of the versions presented in the investigation. The simulation was done with three shots.

The reproduction also included a group of 41 professionals, including researchers, secretaries, delegates and experts.
