Judge Milton Fernandes de Souza accepted the petition for habeas corpus from the singer’s defense and ordered the issuance of a license to release Belo.
Police confiscated two weapons, ammunition, cash and a computer at the singer’s home. All items were in a safe. The weapons are in the name of Belo, who is authorized to possess them. In total, R $ 40 thousand and 3,500 euros were seized, approximately R $ 22.8 thousand.
The singer was detained during the operation “It is what I deserve”, which fulfilled four preventive arrest warrants and five search warrants and seizure orders issued by the courts against those responsible for promoting the invasion and performing a show, in the midst of the Covid- 19. , at Ciep 326 Professor César Pernetta, located in the Parque União community, in Complexo da Maré.
