The former Secretary of Works for Sponsorship, Jorge Marra appeared before the Civil Police this Sunday afternoon (27). He had the preventive detention decreed by the Justice and had been wanted since Friday afternoon (25). Jorge appears in the filming of the film and assassinates the former councilor and current president of the PSDB, Cássio Remis.
The crime occurred on Thursday afternoon (24) and had a great repercussion. Cássio was doing a live broadcast on the Internet denouncing a City Council work that would be irregular, when Jorge Marra appeared and took the cell phone that was used in the recording. Cassio went to the construction department to retrieve the device, the two argued and Jorge ended up shooting the former councilman.

After the crime, Jorge got into a truck and ran away. Since then, the police have been looking for him. The vehicle was located inside the house of the former mayor of Perdizes. On Friday, Judge Serlon Silva Santos complied with the request of the Civil Police and ordered the preventive detention of Jorge Marra. The presentation took place this Sunday afternoon (27).
Jorge testifies before the Civil Police to clarify details of the crime. As there is an open arrest warrant, he must be sent to the Sebastião Satiro prison in Patos de Minas to spend a period of quarantine due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
