If before the board already considered it unfeasible to yield to higher claims by the coach, now, after the dismissal of employees, it is still more reticent.
But the natural way after appreciation of almost the entire cast is to do the same with your commander. In the soccer department, there were complaints, after the employees were fired, that the board’s priority was only to keep Jesus. Therefore, paying the technician values above the financial reality and the budget, already fully committed this year, is seen internally as a shot at the foot of the austerity seen in recent years.
The understanding that is still missing is to set the value of the euro that will guide the payments of Jorge Jesús and his technical commission made up of seven professionals, all paid in foreign currency. The idea of the meeting was to use the December price, around R $ 4.50. And keep the proposal made to Jesus, with bonds for titles as generous as last year, when the Lord received R $ 9 million for Libertadores and Brasileiro.
