An online campaign seeks to raise funds to pay for the funeral costs of 16-year-old Kallebe Souza da Silva, creator of the slogan “bidogin finin, cabelin na régua.” Kallebe was found dead on Friday (23). The campaign was publicized by MC Bin Laden. The young man participated in a funkeiro clip in 2018.

Kallebe and a friend, Leonardo Barcelos Anjo, 14, disappeared after diving into the Uraraí river, in Campos dos Goytacazes, in the north of the state of Rio de Janeiro, on Thursday afternoon (22). Leonardo was also found dead.

In the video about the campaign, shared by MC Bin Laden on a social network around 2 pm on Friday, a friend of Kallebe, Edmilson Parango Monteiro, asks for help to get the money necessary for the funeral.

“We are still here at the site, the police are also here. Almost everything is done. I ask them to help, with 5, 10 reais, to make the kitten so that we can have Kallebe’s funeral,” says the boy.

Also according to Edmilson, who was next to the boy’s father, Fabiano dos Santos, at the time of the recording, if more than the cost of the burial is raised, the rest will be used to help renovate Kallebe’s mother’s house. A dream that the young man always had and that was already in his friends’ plans to help him achieve it.

“We can collect the money that we have left over so that we can renovate his house since it was his dream to be able to give his mother a new home,” said Edmilson.

Less than a week ago, last Sunday (18), Kallebe participated in a solidarity live with the band O Encontro Campista, in which Edmilson is the vocalist. During the broadcast, food and construction materials were collected for the adolescent’s family.

The bodies were found around 11 a.m. Friday near the place where the children were last seen. Family members made the recognition.

Four soldiers participated in the searches that began on Thursday and concluded this Friday morning.
