The Military Police of the Federal District (PMDF), together with the Secretariat for the Protection of Urban Order (DF Legal), dispersed, at dawn last Friday (1/1), the Bravo Party New Year’s party, which promised last four days in a rural hotel in the rural area of ​​Gama.

The action, which took place on the banks of BR-060, banned the Hotel Fazenda Brasília. Violations of the protocols to combat covid-19 were found, such as lack of a mask, lack of authorization to hold an event with music and lack of license to produce parties of this size.

According to information from the PMDF, those responsible for the Partido Bravo were fined more than R $ 35 thousand reais. The police team rushed to the scene after reports that the party would last three days. According to the corporation, the site was not authorized to hold these types of events. A large crowd was found at the site. After the operation, with the help of the police, the public dispersed.

Inspection actions

To stop the crowds during the turn of the year, the Federal Legal Secretariat, the Civil and Military Police and the Traffic Department (Detran-DF) launched Operation New Year’s Eve. More than 200 establishments were inspected, of which seven were closed for disobeying sanitary regulations, six were banned, six were fined and one was notified. In total, five teams were divided into five areas of Mexico City to carry out the action, which also caught clandestine parties, held in places without authorization.

In Taguatinga, there was even a confrontation with the Military Police. According to information from the PMDF, when arriving at the site, there was an agglomeration of about 80 people. At the moment when the police asked the group to lower the volume, a man reportedly entered the vehicle and took the radio out of the car.
