An audio from Robinho was leaked on social media on Friday after GE posted transcripts of conversations by the Santos forward accused of gang sexual violence against an Albanian woman in 2013 in Italy.
A Sports gazette sought out Robinho’s lawyer, Marisa Alija, who confirmed the veracity of the audio. The representative, however, does not confirm that the recording was made this Friday.

Recording conversations and clips
The website published transcripts of wiretaps and an error in Robinho’s car, both authorized by the Italian justice. Robinho confirmed his involvement in a sexual act on January 22, 2013, in a Milan nightclub, where an Albanian woman accused the player and four friends of gang rape.
The sentence in the first instance, in 2017, was nine years in prison and Robinho defends himself in freedom. The Milan Court of Appeal will review the case in second instance on December 10.
Robinho is tried with his friend Ricardo Falco. The rest of the suspects left Italy during the investigation and are subject to a different process. According to documents detailed by GE, the Santos attacker admitted to having had sexual relations with the victim, but denied the rape.
In the transcript, however, Robinho comments that the woman was drunk.

In January 2014, musician Jairo Chagas again commented on Robinho’s case.

Robinho was announced by Santos on Saturday, with a contract until February. The club defended, through Orlando Rollo and in an official note, the hiring. There was no new demonstration after the publication of the GE.
