Months before being murdered by her ex-husband, the engineer Paulo José Arronenzi, the judge Viviane Vieira do Amaral reported in audios sent to a friend that she was afraid of her “deviations in behavior” and that her ex-partner extorted him.

In the messages, published by the newspaper O Globo, Viviane says that, after the separation, Arronenzi pressured her to give him money. “I thought that after the divorce, if I gave him everything as he wanted, everything would end. But no, it got worse,” says the judge in one of the audios.

Viviane was stabbed to death by the engineer, in front of the couple’s three daughters, on Christmas Eve this year. Yesterday, the MPRJ (Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro) denounced Arronenzi for five qualified homicides. Police believe the crime was premeditated.

In one of the messages, Viviane says: “I am afraid of him, I have always been a pianinho for fear of his changes, of deviations in behavior, of the violence he used to do.”

“He knocked on the door all the time, acts of great violence. And I was always taking into account, that later he would come to ask for forgiveness, saying that he was nervous because he was unemployed, or because his father was ill, or because he was away from home. family “, informs the judge.

In the messages, Viviane also classifies her ex-husband as “a seducer” and says he tried to manipulate the couple’s daughters. “[E eu] always trying to make it work. I swore it would work. But I always put a limit on my head. The day he physically hurt me was going to end. “

In another audio, the judge says that he decided to separate from Arronenzi when, when fighting with one of the daughters, the engineer threw a glass on the floor and a piece of broken glass ended up cutting the girl. “When he hurt my daughter, he went to the limit,” Viviane said.

The judge also reports that, after the separation, Arronenzi “continued to beat me.” “I have already made several deposits. He keeps asking me for money from this, from that. When I saw him, I had already deposited more than he gave me as a pension this month,” he said.

According to the newspaper O Globo, the messages were delivered to the Homicide Police by relatives of the judge and are part of the investigation against Arronenzi.

Last Sunday (27), the Rio Justice blocked R $ 640 thousand from Arronenzi’s accounts. The understanding to justify the blockade was that, by having Italian citizenship, the murderer could, even in prison, transfer money to the European country through third parties.

The couple’s three daughters are now in the care of their maternal grandmother.
