Carlos Samuel Freitas had preventive custody decreed on Thursday night (15) and has been at large since Friday (16), when the police registered the addresses linked to him, but did not find him.

He was also investigated by the Ilhéus Civil Police after being suspected of extorting his own mother in 2017. However, the investigation did not continue because Carlos’s mother, according to the police, did not want to continue with the case.
