The Hudson midfielder will not be used by São Paulo this season.

The player was reintroduced to the club after a loan from Fluminense, but was informed this Tuesday, in conversation with the technical coordinator of São Paulo Tricolor, Muricy Ramalho, who is free to defend another club. Fluminense himself is a possibility.

The report found that the flyer has an agreement to return to Fluminense on loan until December. Hudson is even expected to return to Rio de Janeiro later this week.

– I spoke with him, because he is a guy who played 200 games for São Paulo, he wore our jersey and you have to respect him. And it has teams to go. He only came back because he has to come back, it’s part of the contract. But he has clubs, including Fluminense want him back. He is an interesting player for many places. Now here is a different thought – said Muricy live on the channel “Arnaldo e Tirone”.

According to Muricy, coach Hernán Crespo has other priorities for the sector.

– I had a conversation with him today (Tuesday), because we have to be transparent. You can’t hide things from people. When I see a player return to training separately, I have to ask, “Is there an interest in the player staying?” No, it does not exist. Then you have to get on with your life. What’s going on: this sector of the midfield, think like this, with Luan, (Rodrigo) Nestor, (Gabriel) Neves, if he comes, Liziero, who is almost ready, has trained today and is a player in whom we have a lot of faith. It is a sector in which we are giving priority to children. Then he will go on his way, ”Muricy explained.

At 33, Hudson has a contract until December with São Paulo. He joined the club in 2014. In 2017, he was loaned to Cruzeiro. He returned the following year and became one of the main players in that year’s Brazilian Championship campaign, under Diego Aguirre.

In 2019, Hudson had his best moments as a right back, but a request to coach Cuca to return to compete for a position as a midfielder caused him to lose space in the squad.

In January 2020 he was loaned to Fluminense, where he made 43 games and one goal.
