Forward Eduardo Sasha was Atlético’s hero in the 1-0 victory over Coritiba this Sunday, at the Couto Pereira stadium, for the eighth day of the Brazilian Championship. The player praised his team’s performance away from home.

The result placed Atlético in third place, with 15 points, two behind the international leader. The miners, however, have one less game. “We talked in the locker room about the importance of winning. If we have the objective of winning the title, I play away from home. Thank God we left with all three points,” defender Igor Rabello said.
The defender also commented on how the group is adapting to the rotation scheme adopted by coach Jorge Sampoli. “We never know who is going to enter the field, so what is worth the dedication of all day, because whoever is in the cast will do whatever it takes to win,” he concluded.
