“There is a cold front that acts on the ocean and a high pressure zone that acts just behind it caused a lot of wind, bringing more humidity to our region,” explains meteorologist Ruibran dos Reis. “The heat wave has weakened, but the trend is strengthening again.”
According to the Inmet weather forecast, temperatures in the capital will gradually rise during the week. By Tuesday (6), the maximum should reach 35 ° C; in the fourth (6), at 37 ° C, until, in the sixth, it can reach 39 ° C. These numbers are still subject to change.

The situation remains similar across the state. In regions further inland, such as the Triangle, North and Northwest, there is no relief: maximum forecast of 41 ° C and 40 ° C, respectively, this Monday.
