The heir to Casas Bahia, Saul Klein, 66, handed over his passport to the courts and is prohibited from having contact with 14 women who accuse the businessman of harassing and raping them at parties that have gathered dozens of girls in his Alphaville home since 2008..
The two measures are precautions requested by the São Paulo Public Ministry for the advancement of the investigation of the complaints, which are kept secret from the Justice in a police investigation opened at the Barueri Women’s Defense Police Station. In July, the police closed another investigation with similar complaints and investigating the alleged sexual exploitation of a minor by Klein.
