A group of friends decided to promote a birthday party for about 20 people with imported cars last Sunday (03) in the city of Bertioga, on the coast of São Paulo. The agglomeration rebelled against both neighbors and Internet users, since the meeting of great cars was published on social networks.
According to G1, the celebration took place in a residence in the upper class Riviera neighborhood of São Lourenço. Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder, Ferrari 458 Spider, Ferrari Italia, Porsche 911, Porsche Boxter S, Porsche Panamera Hybrid and Mercedez CLS 63 AMG are some of the cars of the people who attended the party.
The friends have an Instagram profile, where they share photos of luxury sports cars and events in which they participate. The outraged neighbors filed a complaint with the city’s Municipal Civil Guard (GCM).
In contact with G1, the city of Bertioga confirmed that the GCM was activated to handle a case of calm disturbances, due to a loud sound, and assisted the property. The team found the volume high, but not above what was allowed.
The corporation asked the person in charge of the residence to reduce the volume and this took over. Also according to the administration, officers also provided guidance on measures of social isolation due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In an interview with G1, lawyer Fernando Andrade Vieira, who is part of the group and was on the scene, explained that this is not the first time that there has been a strong complaint at the residence, and that there is no legal prohibition for people to get together . He confirmed that there was a celebration on the property, but that it was a family party.
“I don’t know what bothers you about having a sound in the house. It requires that there be no sound in a house, there is no law for that. Regarding the union of people, in reality, there is no prohibition either, but orientation. These are two different things, “he says.
He claims that the celebration caused controversy on the networks because the cars were luxury. “Come and accept, if there were ten old beetles in front of the house, there would be no problem,” he says.
“People don’t want to know what the group does for society. This week, we collected food for institutions. In fact, I help several stray dog shelters.
