The governor of Minas Gerais, Romeu Zema, announced on Wednesday night (30), on Twitter, that on January 6 he will pay another fee of up to R $ 2,000 referred to the thirteenth salary of public servants.
Good news for public officials! On January 6 we will pay another installment from the 13th. Up to 2,000 reais will be deposited. With this, 3 out of 4 servers will have received the 13th integral.

The first installment, of R $ 2,000, was deposited on December 23. With the next payment, 75% of the workers will have received the full benefit, according to the governor.
Zema said that part of the money comes from resources under the Kandir Law, which will reach the state on Thursday (31), and with money saved by the government. “We reduced expenses and put the house in order, but that is not enough in the case of Minas.”
As he has done in his recent statements on the state’s financial problems, the governor once again argued that, to alleviate this situation, it is necessary for the Legislative Assembly to approve the privatization of the Minas Gerais Economic Development Company (Codemig).
“We need additional revenue to catch up on bills, like the 13th and wages, and resume investments. Like the Kandir Act, our state’s historic agenda, we have other options for additional resources, such as authorization. legislative to sell 100% of Codemig. I understand that this may be a solution that will bring a future of more tranquility and development for all miners, “said Zema on Twitter.
