Flamengo has already defined the new direction that the Free Fire project will lead after the demotion of LBFF 4. Eliakim “Zeva” and Léo “Falcão” were the names chosen for the restructuring announced last week. They will perform the same function, as general manager, and will be in charge of the mission of putting the team back in Serie A of the Brazilian Free Fire League. The duo will bring their respective companies to play the rubro-negro project: Bonde Esports (Zeva) and Terraço Academy (Falcão), brands of which they are co-founders. Without giving great details, the new directors promise to change the cast and coaching staff. It is not yet clear what will be the fate of the players who ended up being demoted, but the coaching staff has already disconnected.

Zeva arrives with luggage to perform behind the scenes of eSports. He worked as a talent manager at BBL and is also a partner at Party of Legends, one of the main parties in the business.
A very popular figure on stage, Zeva emerged in the middle as a pitcher, performing mainly for League of Legends and mobile games, even being a judge for the eSports Brazil Award in this modality last year.
Léo “Falcão” is a digital entrepreneur and online business expert. He worked for a good part of his career alongside entrepreneurs focused on leveraging investments in the digital world.

Flamengo changed a lot after the end of LBFF 3, which had the SS as the great champion. Flamengo entered the sport in partnership with B4, a team that was already consolidated on the national scene, and achieved good results with the squad.
After the championship, the association ended and Flamengo began to operate independently in Free Fire; As in League of Legends, the team was led by Simplicity, more specifically, by TRT Gaming, one of the arms of the company.

The degradation had a very negative impact on the networks. João “JM777”, one of the Flamengo players, even received racist offenses for the bad campaign.
