- Attend or have completed 3 years of high school in a public school or as a full scholarship holder in private institutions, which must be confirmed by a certificate or statement issued by an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC).

In addition to these requirements, it is important to note that candidates have not committed any serious or very serious traffic offenses in the last 12 months, which precede registration and are not repeat offenders in the case of a medium offense.
