Federal Deputy Flordelis (PSD-RJ) appeared in the afternoon this Thursday (8) at the headquarters of the Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration (Seap-RJ) in São Gonçalo, in the Metropolitan Region of Rio, to put the electronic anklet.
Flordelis arrived around 3pm this Thursday. The term received by the federal deputy expired at 5 pm. The federal deputy spent about 10 minutes inside the SEAP headquarters to complete the procedures for the electronic device.
She was summoned to receive the electronic device on the night of Tuesday (6) – the parliamentarian received the document when he was at home, in the Niterói Ocean Region.

Report of having murdered her husband
Flordelis is accused of being responsible for the murder of her own husband, Pastor Anderson do Carmo, shot to death in June 2019.
Seven sons and a granddaughter of the deputy are also responsible for the crime.
Flordelis was not only arrested for having parliamentary immunity. However, in Brasilia a process is underway for breach of decorum, which could result in the loss of his mandate.
The report from the Chamber of Internal Affairs of the Chamber of Deputies states that Flordelis was unable to demonstrate that he did not break parliamentary decorum.
