In the early hours of June 16, 2019, Pastor Anderson do Carmo was killed with more than 30 shots in the garage of the house where he lived with the deputy and the children. Hours after the crime, Flordelis said it was an attempted robbery.
The investigation concluded that Anderson was murdered for economic reasons and for power in the family.
Flordelis has five days to present a defense to the Chamber of Deputies
On the 9th, Flordelis received notification of the process that is taking place in the Chamber in its functional department, in Brasilia, from the magistrate. The five working day deadline for delivery ended on Wednesday, but could be extended at the request of the parliamentarian.
