Flávio: is there a clandestine Abin inside Abin? What does Marcelo Bormevet do? – 12/12/2020

Something rotten, illegal and very serious takes place in Abin (Brazilian Intelligence Agency). We need to investigate. There are indications that there is a clandestine agency operating within the official, imitating, albeit in a mitigated way, the so-called “apparatus of repression” from the time of the dictatorship, only now at the service of the Bolsonaro Family. The Intercept Brasil website may have reached the “es de la cosa” – or the “de la cosa”. I’ll get back to the point. Before, some considerations and a memory of the case.

Abin is subordinate to the GSI (Office of Institutional Security), whose title is General Augusto Heleno. He’s the head of the law, but not really. The head of the shed is Alexandre Ramagem, the family friend that Jair Bolsonaro wanted to emerge as a Federal Police, which the Supreme Court prevented. And it should be noted: even if Heleno were in charge of the thing, it would matter little. Nobody there understands how a democracy works, starting with the general one.

We go in parts.

A report in Época magazine brought to light two reports that Abin would have made to guide the defense of Senator Flávio Bolsonaro in the case of the “rachadinhas”, that cute nickname that the press created – and that should be prohibited – to designate the robbery public money crime classified as “embezzlement”. The senator’s defense admits the existence of the documents, although Heleno does the opposite, taking the opportunity to attack the press, which is nothing new.

Attention! Mobilizing the state apparatus to defend the president’s son is a crime under the responsibility of the minister and Bolsonaro himself if it becomes clear that they knew what was happening. And, in this case, the question is: how not to know? The other graduated employees, at least, are improper. Depending on what is found, one may face a case of obstruction of investigation. Let’s go.

The reports, according to Época, suggest a line of action for Flávio’s defense:
1: identify the officials of the Federal Treasury who had illegally accessed the tax data of the now senator and who had motivated the investigation for embezzlement, money laundering and criminal organization;
2: obtain, through Serpro (Federal Data Processing Service), information on supposedly unmotivated accesses, in the IRS, of the senator’s tax data;
3: replace holders of positions of trust in Revenues: José Barros Neto, corregedor; Cléber Homem, head of the Intelligence office in Rio, and Christiano Paes, head of the Corregedoria office in the state.
NOTE: Paes was exonerated last week, supposedly “upon request,” according to the Official Gazette of the Federation, with 15 years in office.

The arapongage goes further and proposes that the head of Gilberto Waller Júnior be cut off, no less than the Corregedor Geral da União for alleged proximity to that group of the Treasury that must be dismantled.

But did Bolsonaro and Heleno know? In August, there was a meeting at the Planalto Palace to define the strategy for the defense of Flávio. His lawyers, the president, the minister and Ramage were present. In October, the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation opened a preliminary investigation, technically called de facto news, to address the case. This Friday, the PT presented a representation for the PGR to initiate a criminal investigation.

ABIN THE NOTE AND THE SHADOWS OF THE EMPLOYEES
The National Association of Intelligence Officers questions, in a note, the content of the reports. It states:
“The intelligence activity has republican advisory purposes, oriented to the defense of the democratic rule of law, not putting itself at the service of groups, ideologies and changing objectives and subject to political and partisan circumstances”

It also says that the language in which the texts are filtered does not follow the pattern of the agency’s usual intelligence work. And now, then, we return to what The Intercept Brasil reports. It may even be that the association is right and that the reports have not been prepared by the official Abin.

In your Newsletter for subscribers – with free access (here) -, the site brings to light a character who, until now, had not entered history: it is Marcelo Bormevet, a federal police officer attached to the agency, who is also a pocket militant in the networks. He often repeats all the absurdities of digital militias.

He is the general coordinator of said Accreditation of Security and Corporate Security Analysis, which belongs to the National Intelligence Center (CIN) “, which formally appeared in August 2020, but which had been structured in secret since at least the beginning of the year.” .

Fact: no one in Abin knows what he’s doing.

The case is extremely serious. It is about mobilizing the state apparatus to defend a politician who is investigated by the state itself on suspicion of theft of public money. This work, of course, depends on its defenders. In the event that there are petitions to official bodies, they must be submitted by legal means.

Read the details about calculating the TIB there. It is evident that resources and public servants cannot be mobilized to defend the son of the President of the Republic. He himself, it is said, and his assistants decided to become the protagonists of an evident attack on the judicial order when they decided to meet with Flávio’s defenders at the Planalto Palace. And the facts suggest that the meeting had consequences, right?

Let’s go back to the Newsletter: what the hell is radical Bolsonarista Marcelo Bormevet doing in Abin?

Does the National Association of Intelligence Officers have any ideas?
