The defense of Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (Republicans-RJ) presented this Friday (6) a criminal notice against the presenters of the National Jornal, William Bonner and Renata Vasconcellos, for the alleged crime of disobedience, according to the magazine Veja. The senator’s lawyers say the journalists and TV Globo violated a court order by spreading reports about the “crack” investigations in the office of then-state deputy Flávio Bolsonaro. The police report was prepared at the Office for the Execution of Police Crimes in Rio de Janeiro.
This week, Jornal Nacional highlighted the testimony of Luiza Souza Paes, Flávio’s former adviser, who confirmed the existence of the scheme. She said that she never worked as Flávio’s employee as a deputy, but that she had a registered position in the Legislative Assembly of Rio and passed more than 90% of the salary received to the advisor Fabrício Queiroz.
Flávio, Queiroz and 15 other people were denounced before the Justice by the Public Ministry, last Tuesday (3), for crimes such as embezzlement, money laundering and criminal organization in the case of “rachadinha”.
