The evidence collected by the Federal Police reveals that he had contact with Manoel Rodrigues through cell phone messages. The texts sent by Silva always contained the expression “Oi, Amor” at the beginning.

The two met before Rodrigues’ trips on the FAB plane, on April 29 and June 24. Jorge Silva changed his cell phone after the arrest of the sergeant.
