The name of Judge Kassio Nunes Marques, 48, of the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region (TRF-1), will be published in this Friday (2) edition of the “Official Gazette” as indicated to assume the position of Minister. The magistrate has a degree in law from the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI), a specialty in law and tax process from the Federal University of Ceará (UFCE) and a master’s degree in constitutional law from the Autonomous University of Lisbon and a doctorate from the University of Salamanca, Spain.
