Felipe Neto is prosecuted for corruption of minors by the Rio police; ‘False accusations’, says influencer | Rio de Janeiro

The researchers claim that the digital influencer is suspected of posting inappropriate material for children and adolescents on his channel from YouTube. According to the police, Felipe Neto would not have limited the age classification of videos that had “content and language inappropriate for minors.”

The Civil Police of Rio also reported that the case reached the police station after receiving a complaint presented to the Public Ministry of Rio. The prosecutors then requested the investigation of the case and the delegate opted for the prosecution.

For the police, Felipe Neto would have committed crime provided for in article 244B of the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA).
